I have worked with Erich to buy and eventually sell my home and both experiences have been nothing short of exceptional. During the buying process, his extensive knowledge of what makes a good house saved me from a lot of bad decisions. I eventually bought a house that fit exactly what we wanted. That made the selling process that much easier because I had possession of a house that was desired by many. With the help of Erich, I was able to sell my house within 48 hours. The guy is honest and always wants whats best for his client. I have also recommended him to a family member who now considers him a great asset to our family. Great experience working with Erich Young as we moved from Wisconsin to Minnesota. We were on a very short time frame and Erich was very communicative, flexible and helpful to make the entire process go smoothly. He is very knowledgeable about the area, the market and never pressured us into any decisions.

We were connected with Erich through Zillow, and we feel so lucky to have been paired with someone so knowledgeable and helpful from the start. To preface we were first time home buyers looking in an extremely busy and fast turning neighborhood. We started searching for our home in September of 2023 and finally closed on our first home after almost 11 months later- and Erich was so patient and with us every step of the way! He was extremely familiar with the area, which was helpful, but even more so was his knowledge of houses. He?s been doing this for many years, and it shows. Walking through older houses can be daunting, especially when considering the seller may ask you to wave inspection with the way the market is right now. Erich was able to point things out that we never would have known about and educated us so much about the history of housing materials (what?s dangerous, what?s good, etc.). He was able to point out if a floor was sloped, windows would need replacing, efficient furnaces, you name it we learned about it and knew what to look for anytime we went to an open house. We never felt pressured by Erich to buy a house we didn?t love, and he was always in agreement with us about putting an offer in or not. He was very communicative and quick to respond, always got our offers in on time even if it was down to the wire, and followed up with us regularly to see how things were going. There was almost never a time that Erich declined to show us a house due to scheduling conflicts, he was always available for us. Overall, we couldn?t recommend Erich enough, especially as a first-time home buyer. We are so grateful that Zillow connected us with him and will definitely be using him in the future and recommending to all of our friends ??
