Edina Realty, Inc.

Great experience working with Erich Young as we moved from Wisconsin to Minnesota. We were on a very short time frame and Erich was very communicative, flexible and helpful to make the entire process go smoothly. He is very knowledgeable about the area, the market and never pressured us into any decisions.

Erich is a top notch professional. Liz and I have purchased 3 homes in the past 25 years and this is by far the best house hunting experience we have ever had. He kept us informed and on track throughout the entire process. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a new home! We have found our Forever home and we could not be happier!

I had a great experience working with Erich. He took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel pressured into anything. I always felt like I was able to make informed decisions along the way. The entire process was smooth and easy, and my house sold quickly. Erich?s communication and guidance made what could have been a stressful experience feel very manageable. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

We got introduced to Erich through a common friend, and as first time home buyers in the USA, we couldn't have found a better guide and partner! Erich was wonderful to work with - he understood our limited understanding of the process and lack of clarity of what we really wanted ! He brough the clarity that we needed and worked with us in finding absolutely the perfect house for us. He was thoroughly professional and patient with our search and answering all our queries, worked in the background to safeguard our interests, connected us to the right partners to get the closing process through on time and was always gave the best advice! We truly enjoyed working with Erich, who was more of a mentor and a guide than just a realtor! We absolutely recommend Erich for finding your dream home!

I have worked with Erich to buy and eventually sell my home and both experiences have been nothing short of exceptional. During the buying process, his extensive knowledge of what makes a good house saved me from a lot of bad decisions. I eventually bought a house that fit exactly what we wanted. That made the selling process that much easier because I had possession of a house that was desired by many. With the help of Erich, I was able to sell my house within 48 hours. The guy is honest and always wants whats best for his client. I have also recommended him to a family member who now considers him a great asset to our family. I couldnt recommend Erich more, if you are looking, he is your guy.
