Ebby Halliday Real Estate, Inc.

Couldn't recommend a better realtor! Peter was proactive, communicative, kind, thoughtful and professional every step of the way. He helped us sell our home for top dollar and buy our new home for the best possible price in a highly competitive market.

Peter is truly the best! We first started working with him in 2017 when relocating to Dallas from out of state. He was so helpful in helping us navigate the challenges of buying a house for the first time with the layer of complexity of distance mixed in. Peter also helped with Dallas tips/tricks after the move that made the change for us that much easier. With that experience in mind, we knew we'd continue to work with him when we were ready to upgrade from our starter home. We can be picky but Peter has handled everything we've asked of him with the most upbeat attitude. His honesty and transparency are paramount when going through not only the home selection process, but the negotiation process as well. We're now moving into the house we see as a forever home thanks to Peter! He's thoughtful in his approach and has taken the time to get to know us as people and us as a family, which was essential in getting us into the house that fit our hopes and dreams. I would recommend Peter without hesitation!

We've had the pleasure of working with Peter twice now, and he is fantastic! He is incredibly kind and truly wants what is best for his clients. He is also very professional and will work hard to ensure his clients are happy with their buying/selling experience. In our recent selling experience, he was able to get us a full ask offer in our first weekend on the market. We credit the work he did marketing our home and getting it show ready for the sale!

Peter is a fantastic relator to work with in any situation. He is not only one of the nicest people you will ever meet, but he is extremely knowledgeable about all things real estate. As this was our first time to sell a home, we had many questions. Peter was patient, informative, and guided us in the best possible direction. Everything went more than smoothly through the entire process, and we have Peter to thank for that!

We had the pleasure of working with Peter Loudis to sell our home and wholeheartedly recommend his outstanding real estate services. Peter distinguished himself not only as a highly knowledgeable and skilled realtor but also as a genuine partner throughout the process. His strategic insights and data-driven approach were instrumental in the swift sale of our property. What truly set Peter apart was his exceptional ability to communicate complex real estate and legal concepts clearly, ensuring we were well-informed at every stage. His flexibility in accommodating our hectic schedules and proactive updates about neighborhood developments significantly eased our journey. One instance that stands out was when Peter alerted us to neighborhood events, enabling us to adjust our strategy accordingly. His vigilant eye on our property and insightful suggestions for improvements were invaluable. If our paths lead us back to Dallas, partnering with Peter again would be our first choice. His professionalism, reliability, and dedication to client success are unparalleled.
