ZillowVERIFIED Prior to working with Peter we were working with a different agent , however, were not able to sell the house after 60 days on the market driven by unrealistic expectations regarding sales price and required repairs for the house. Peter had a wealth of great local knowledge, was honest upfront regarding pricing to maximize traffic, and advised on work we needed to do to maximize the property value. After listing with him our house was sold with 4 offers within the first weekend and the property sold for $50k over the asking price! We are so happy we went with Peter and would highly recommend him as an agent in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Peter made the selling process very smooth. Anytime I had a concern, Peter had an honest and straightforward response. An example that I'll never forget, is the permitting process on my sewer line replacement. So, the sewer line was replaced (closing hinged on replacement) and the plumber went to the office to get a permit so the city would attach line to the city main line. The city turns away my plumber, telling him that the homeowner had to provide a survey showing where the sewer line was installed. I called Peter. He meets me at the city's permit office on Jeffrson,with a copy of the survey. Peter draws the line on the survey, and gets thepaperwork expedited. That was on Fri., 9/11. Closing went off without a hitch on Wed., 9/16. In short, I highly recommend Peter Loudis for any residential real estate needs.
