Jackie was an absolute joy to work with - my father sold his house in Merrimack, NH to move 800 miles away to live with me in WV and she made every step of the process as smooth as possible for us. She has great knowledge of local pricing trends and we got so many offers within two days of the property being listed we were able to accept a generous one by the end of that weekend. We also really appreciated how responsive she was to inquiries - I handled a lot of the details on behalf of my dad and was always impressed by how quickly Jackie got back to me, whether it was via email, phone, or text.Her sense of timing as far as closing dates is wonderful as well - by staying in communication with our realtor down here in WV, she was able to set things up so we had less than a week between my father closing on his house in NH and us closing on one down here in WV. I had the pleasure of contacting Jackie to assist me in finding a second home in Massachusetts.
