Amazing Experience. Sheila exceeded every expectation I had and made me feel totally comfortable during the purchase process. The way she forms relationships really benefits her buyers, and we were able to secure a beautiful lake-view property that was highly in demand under the asking price. I still can't believe it! I never worried about a thing because she was on top of everything. Her team is extremely organized and went above and beyond on things I didn't even know needed to be done. We're a military family and used Sheila based off of a friend's experience with her. We didn't know anyone else, nor did we care to use someone that we would never have potentially met in person. If I could give extra stars, I would! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Sheila. She aided me in buying a property over 1200 miles from where I currently lived. She was very friendly, incredibly accommodating for after hours communication, and went way beyond in aiding me in finding home inspectors, contractors for quotes on repairs and more. She made the process so easy and connected me with so many people in the area to help me get to closing. Months after closing, she even checked in to see how my property improvements were coming along and made more suggestions for businesses in the area to further help me. Who does that? She went way above and beyond. I honestly believe it was not just because we hit it off, but because she genuinely cares about the people she meets and wants to help them all she can. Sheila is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with! She is incredibly responsive at all hours of the day (and weekends). She helped negotiate an amazing deal for us and saw the entire process through, going above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. The property we purchased was in a fairly remote location far away from where Sheila is based. Yet, she never complained about making the extra trip on site or coordinating things that go beyond what a real estate agent normally does. I have yet to meet an agent as knowledgable or as hardworking as her. She explained everything really well, never rushed us into a decision, and, when appropriate, gave us her opinion/advice based on years of experience. Her professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic throughout the process were top notch and made us feel really great about our decision to buy a new home.
