I know its cheesy to give a 5 out of 5 and I hardly ever do as I am a very picky person when it comes to service. Heidi Brown made purchasing a home so simple. My wife and I were always hesitant to buy a house (married for 12 years) because we've heard how stressful it has been on others. Heidi takes that stress away from you. Due to our schedules and work life balance, there were times that we had to meet late and she would meet us at almost anytime that we needed to meet with her. She is very good at explaining the process, what things mean, and give her opinion on the situation. From the first phone call that we had with her to closing day, Heidi has always been very lively and full of energy even when its 8pm at night signing papers. I would highly recommend using Heidi as your realtor when buying a house. If the time comes to ever sell our house, I will also be contacting her to help us sell it. She knows how to use her tools that she has, she follows up very quickly, and know the real estate market for the Cache Valley.

We loved working with Heidi. She is a real go-getter. Even before deciding to sell our house, we were getting mailings asking us to contact her if we were interested in selling our house. We listed For Sale by Owner first, and she contacted us asking if she could just come and walk through the house so she could see what it looked like in case she had buyers. When that option wasn't working, but decided to have Heidi list it. She did a great job in advertising. She is very knowledgeable about the process and walked us through every step. When our house wasn't selling, she recommended we make a few upgrades. After doing so and relisting, we went under contract in one day. Heidi is very responsive and easy to get in contact with. We would recommend Heidi to anyone and would choose her again for an agent. One of Cache Valley's best!!!
