Their cachevalleyhousehunters is easy to use. As first time home buyers, they helped us at each step through the process when looked at a home that we loved. They helped get through the counter-offer stages without putting pressure on us, responsive in communicating details with us and helping us decide what we wanted to do. Very professional, and even let us borrow their company trailer for moving our possessions into the home on moving day.

Robert took care of everything, even helped to clean different parts of the house to get it ready for potential buyers. He was very personable and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. Took the time up front to explain their unique approach. In the past we have had problems with Realtors but Robert was just the opposite! He worked tirelessly to make sure we were taken care of. A family member recommended Travis & The Cache Valley House Hunter's Team over at Dwell Realty in Logan. Travis's suggested marketing strategies appeared to be a little unconventional & to be honest they made us sweat a little thinking about them. However they made sense and they worked out better than we could have hoped. We sold our home in less than 7 days for Top Dollar avoiding costly repairs and the stress of making 2 house payments.

ZillowVERIFIED Travis helped us buy our first home early this year, and our experience could not have been better. He is hands down the best realtor! He's honest, knowledgeable, and amazing at what he does. He looks out for his clients interests first and listens to and cares about your input. He doesn't push you into a home just to turn clients; he makes sure it's the best for you or he's willing and patient enough to wait it out until the right one comes available. Other realtors tried to make things sound good (that were not!) or seem like 'a quick fix' or try to pull the wool over our eyes to get us into a home. Travis is not like that at all, he calls it as he sees it - making sure you know the whole picture! He would tell us about things like the flood plain and he would show us imperfections that we didnt catch or things that might be a concern or would need to be fixed. All this was so we had the whole HONEST big picture and could make a fully informed decision for ourselves. Travis has so many connections with people. Everyone we met and mentioned his name to had nothing but good to say about Travis! He also has your back with other realtors and doesn't let people take advantage of you. He was so helpful with the paperwork and signing part of things. Always making sure we knew & UNDERSTOOD what was going on. He also reminded us to make phone calls to places to check utility prices, background history, or to keep gas on etc. to avoid additional costs and fees and to be ahead of the game. Things you wouldn't think of in the craziness of it all, but he had our backs! He works so hard and such long hours and bends over backwards for his clients. Travis became a quick friend and I can honestly promise that anyone I know I would STRONGLY suggest using him in selling or buying! I doubt there's anyone better!

It was not easy to find a house with everything you want and same happened to us. Travis showed more houses than we planned and he talked very clear things without hiding anything from us. The market here is definitely a sellers market so the competition is nothing less than fierce to purchase a home. In looking for a second home, Travis helped us find one that fit our price range and located near the college which was not easy.
