I cant recommend the Mike Dunfee Group enough. As a first-time home seller, they made the whole process of selling my condo feel easy and not stressful at all. As a first-time renter after many years of homeownership, I wasnt sure what to expect from the lengthy and tedious rental process in Southern CaliforniaaEUR"but working with Gabriela Jansen and the team at Mike Dunfee Group, our experience was completely changed for the better. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me understand each step. Her and her team took the time to explain details that might seem obvious to seasoned renters but were new to me, and she made sure I felt confident in every decision along the way. What really stood out was how far she went beyond the basics. Whether it was answering questions outside of normal hours, providing helpful insights about the local market, or proactively addressing potential concerns before they became issues, her level of care and professionalism was exceptional. Thanks to Gabriela and the Dunfee Group's support, what could have been a more stressful transition turned into a manageable, streamlined experience. I truly felt like she had my best interests in mind at every stage and I would highly recommend her and Mike Dunfee Group to anyoneaEUR"especially those navigating the rental process for the first time. Mike Dunfee Group and Gabriela, in particular, are absolutely incredible at what they do. As a single mom moving back to CA from out of state while working full time, I was beyond stressed about finding the right place and the logistics of everything. Gabriela made the process painless. I was approved in less than an hour and she even took the time to go back to the property and get me some videos for the moving company so that I wouldn't have to spend the money on a flight. We did the entire process remotely and it was a breeze. They've been nothing but courteous and friendly from start to finish. I cannot say enough nice things about the team. Thank you for easing this worried mom's mind and making this move so simple. I look forward to many years as a tenant.

Gabriela was so helpful through the entire rental process. Her responsiveness and help made the entire process stress free. I highly recommend to any prospective renters.
