ZillowVERIFIED I had a really positive experience during my tenancy in a unit owned by the Mike Dunfee Group. It was very low touch in terms of the landlord relationship which was peaceful. I only spoke to my property manager, Gabriela (who was wonderful), when I needed help, and always got prompt responses. Although it was a very old apartment, everything functioned very well. In the few instances there were structural kinks, I put a request through the mechanized tenant portal on the website and somebody from the maitenance team was there to fix the issue within a day. They never once blamed the issue on me to get out of paying as I know is common with some landlords, so I feel lucky to have chosen fair and professional people to rent from. I had very positive interactions with all the maitenance staff members I encountered as well. Gabriela, on behalf of the Dunfee group, also extended leniency to me on a couple of unforeseen but important issues that came up during the course of my stay and was always very kind and understanding in her communication with me. Would definitely recommend their services.
