Dunes Real Estate

Jeff and his team have been the best as we worked to find a special place on Hilton Head Island that would meet all of our needs. He greatly exceeded our hopes and expectations. Jeff is so professional, even telling us before we made the offer--you know you don't have to do anything; you have a great place and you can stay where you are. Once we decided a move was what we really wanted, Jeff negotiated on our behalf--making the deal with our best interest always front and center. I feel like we have made a friend for life! Thank you, Jeff and Kalie for guiding us and caring for us.

Jeff & Laney were terrific in helping us sell our Villa. They were very knowledgeable of the market and the current demand for our property. This was a huge advantage for us given that we live out-of-state and would likely be selling to someone that is also out-of-state. Having local "boots on the ground" expertise was key to getting this Villa sold - not to mention their familiarity in dealing with properties within Palmetto Dunes. Jeff & Laney were very accessible throughout the entire process (always responding to calls, text messages or emails) and kept us well informed along the way. This was truly a great experience & were able to close on the sale of our Villa within a few weeks of signing the listing agreement.

Jeff and his team are awesome to work with. He led me through the sale of a property and the purchase of another. I highly recommend Jeff and his team!

We recently closed on a home in Hilton Head and had an excellent experience with Jeff. Throughout the process, they were knowledgeable, responsive, and professional, providing valuable guidance from property search through closing. Their communication was outstanding, and they made what could have been a stressful transaction feel smooth and straightforward. We always felt that our interests came first. We highly recommend Jeff to anyone buying or selling property in Hilton Head.
