Then we found our dream home, thanks to Jeff. It needs renovation. Jeff put us in touch with a design build firm he recommended, and after considering three others, we settled on his choice. One listing in particular, looked great in pictures but Jeff was able to educate us on the shortfalls of that property and ultimately guided us to our dream home. Jeff and his team continued to help us after we were under contract but helping us with vendors, getting access to the property for various site visits for insurance, etc. He has full knowledge about the market, area, resources.
