Douglas Elliman Real Estate

I am pleased to recommend Monika, who recently represented me in the sale of my home. From the very beginning of the process, Monika demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, dedication, and personal care. She did a phenomenal job marketing my home and went well beyond what I would consider the normal responsibilities of a real estate agent. She was consistently available, responsive, and attentive to every detail throughout the entire process. I always felt that my best interests were her priority. What particularly impressed me was the genuine care and commitment Monika brought to the process. Selling a home can be both complicated and emotional, but she made the experience significantly easier by being knowledgeable, patient, and willing to do whatever was necessary to move things forward. She consistently went the extra mile and handled the process with a level of professionalism that is not always easy to find. In addition to successfully marketing and selling my home, Monika was instrumental in helping me secure the condominium that I am currently renting. Her assistance did not end with the sale of my property; she continued to be a valuable resource and advocate as I navigated my next housing arrangement. Monika has an outstanding knowledge of Nassau County real estate, with particularly strong expertise in the Oceanside area. Her understanding of the local market, combined with her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine concern for her clients, makes her an exceptional real estate professional. I would recommend Monika without hesitation to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a home. She is someone who truly cares about her clients and consistently provides a level of service that goes above and beyond expectations.

Laura was friendly and professional from day 1. She took wonderful pictures of my Condo - made suggestions and sold it in one day. For more than the asking price. If you need a realtor Laura is the best

Laura was wonderful to work with! She was in constant communication with us and walked us through each step of the process. When other parties were slow to respond, she was always the first to reach out to them to save us the headache and keep the ball rolling. I highly recommend working with Laura!

Lauras experience and knowledge, especially for this property, are priceless. She marketed my dads townhouse, found an excited buyer and made sure every detail was taken care of. Down to the pool passes! Shes responsive, proactive and just the right level of savvy. So glad to have worked with her. No one else could have done this as well, and as enjoyably as Laura. Seriously awesome. Ten stars!

Laura was very professional and knowledgeable in helping me finding new tenants. She has a knack of understanding people and assisting them and me. She made us all feel very comfortable and patiently answered all questions. You can count on Laura!
