His knowledge of the real estate market in general is superb as is his familiarity with the local landscape in the Long Beach barrier island area. I highly recommend working with Alex without any reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED It used to take 2 years to sell an apartment in The Broadway... Thanks to Alex professional help and advice it only took 2 months (from listing date to closing date). Alex is very knowledgeable, extremely prompt to answer seller's questions and will call you immediately to clarify a statement / question from the buyer if needed. His team did an outstanding job with marketing the place: pictures, video visit, flyers, open houses and of course Internet / Social Media visibility. He is also extremely patient: it took me 6 months to decide to list it! Alex never pushed me to list it during that time. Oh, I'd just forgot to mention that the place stayed 3 weeks (!) on the market! It's not that it under-sold or was under-listed. It was listed to what Alex and I agreed, was fair market value and set a selling price record in mirrored apartments with comparable updates in the building. I would gladly work again with Alex at any moment; however I don't have any other place to sell in Long Beach!

Alex Rubin is the real deal!!!!!! I had listed my home with Alex and he did a good job in representing me as the sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED Alex was very helpful. I explained to Alex that I have less than one month to move. The first week Alex showed me several apartments that did not meet my wants or needs. The following week he showed me a few more when I found the one that I really liked. Alex made the deal and in less than one month I was all moved in. Thank you Alex Rubin for all of your hard work and patience. I know I was not an easy client but I am a happy tenant.

ZillowVERIFIED We were first time home buyers, who didn't really know the Long Beach area all that well and didn't know the real estate process at all. Alex was patient, helpful, and honest during the house search, then diligent and hard working trying to get us and the buyer across the finish line of the mortgage/closing process. Since we were living in NYC at the time, knowing that Alex is a local and always around to represent our interests helped to put our minds at ease. We will definitely use Alex again in the future, but since he helped put us in our dream house that won't be for a very long time...haha. Can't recommend Alex highly enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Alex is great to work with. He assisted us from beginning to end in our home buying process. He really gets to know what the needs are and has the tools for any questions or issues that arise. It's the smartest and most comfortable choice going with a sound, grounded realtor and that is Alex. Buy and selling at the same time is hellish and he made it a seemless process.

ZillowVERIFIED It is hard to write a superlative review of someone without the review being considered over the top. Nevertheless, Alex Rubin is an extraordinary real estate broker. He goes the extra mile and could not be more accommodating. Our home was listed for 2 years before Mr. Rubin took over the sale; which was accomplished in 2 weeks. Alex did whatever was necessary to ensure that the process went smoothly. Without equivocation, Alex Rubin is a mensch! I cannot more strongly recommend Alex Rubin.

ZillowVERIFIED Alex spent almost two years helping us find just the right house in Long Beach. During this period he also helped us find a home to rent. Once we found the home to purchase he was very helpful in getting contract signed. Since we went into contract prior to Sandy when Sandy hit we had to renegotiate the price and Alex did a great job. He has a great team to work with as well. We would definitely recommend him & his team and will use him in the future when we go to downsize.

ZillowVERIFIED Alex did a tremendous job selling our home. This is not the first house we ever sold and have used multiple agents, but Alex was by far the most thorough of them all. He did extensive background work concerning all of the same types of houses in the neighborhood . This gave a us a great understanding to what our property was REALLY worth.. He was always in touch with us and kept us in the loop during the whole process.. I would definitely recommend him if anyone wants to sell their home..
