Words are not going to be good enough to describe how wonderful Monica was from start to finish! Being a single mom, I hadn't the slightest clue on how to do this home-selling jazz, but Monica took care of me like family and guided me through all the steps. I listened to every bit of advice and guidance and my home sold within two weeks at almost full asking price! It didn't stop there- she helped me locate a fantastic agent in the new county I was moving to, who was exactly what I needed to find my new home! Monica is the epitome of professionalism and heart. Nothing went amiss, and she immediately answered any concerns, and headed off some before I could even ask!! At closing, we had a glitch and matters were delayed, and what did she do? Took me for a walk by the ocean and a perfect lunch to calm my anxiety!! On move-out day, she stopped with a house warming gift, and reassurance she would tie up any loose ends before the new owners took possession. To add to her list, I'd forgotten to pack my medicine cabinet of all things, and she boxed the items up and dropped them to UPS by the next morning!! She is simply the best. Always looking out for her client's interests - you feel like there is someone advocating for you at every turn! To add to all the wonderful aspects of this transaction, I have built a beautiful friendship that I know will last a lifetime!
