Douglas Elliman Real Estate

Kathleen was wonderful, patient, knowledgeable and she put alot of work into selling our house. She is a perfect representation of Douglas Elliman Co. Lawrence and Rosemarie Marcus

Danielle was my agent in the recent home my husband and I purchased. She was attentive, detail orientated, and ambitious. Because of her we were able to close this deal. I highly recommended Danielle, either if you are buying or selling. She is professional and provided a seamless experience.

Danielle is professional, responsive and easy to work with! She helped us find our first home and made the process very smooth. We knew we were in good hands with her and would definitely recommend her and the Evangelista team!

This was my first experience buying a property, and thanks to Vasco it was a breeze! Vasco was very professional, knowledgeable and never made me feel uncomfortable. He also helped me every step of the way, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand, from the making of the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. This made it really easy to move into my new home in no time. I highly recommend Vasco.

Vasco was instrumental in our first home purchase. From the beginning he was straight forward and professional with us the entire time. He adeptly navigated a very difficult seller situation that both our closing attorney and other legal counsel assured us would have to be litigated for a resolution. Without Vasco's help we would not have closed on this property.
