From the very first meeting, he paid attention to our likes and dislikes when viewing houses, then delivered houses that met our needs and wants. We needed three bedrooms and wanted a finished basement. In an area of Long Island where very few houses have finished basements, he was able to find and show us several. Then, once we found the home we wanted, he was able to guide us smoothly into making an offer on a house with multiple offers that was accepted the very same day.Our first home buying experience then became long and turbulent due to a difficult seller and unbeknownst problems with the house that made themselves known during the inspection. Throughout the needed improvements, Mr. Korman exhibited an impressive level of professionalism, frequently visiting the house at odd hours and during his off-time to check on the status of repairs, relaying that information to us, and constantly following up on any concerns we had. The process lasted months, and he worked tirelessly to ensure a home that met our standards of living.Mr. Korman obviously takes pride in his work and it shows in the amount of care he took while guiding us into our first home.
