Alex Parker was referred to us by a mutual friend last summer who also works for the same company. Pros of working with Alex is hes nice. The company has a reputation of being aEURoehigh endaEUR? however, we definitely didnt feel that way with him. We had actually met with a local realtor and gave her our email. She was kind enough to send us listings each morning without us asking for any. Unfortunately with Alex it was not that way. My husband and I were giving him the listing we wanted to see and he would just check to see if the home was still available. We just felt like he wasnt on top of it like the other realtor. It was like we were doing all the work to be truthful. He always seemed busy and would take long to reply to any of our messages. I understand people get busy but this felt like he wasnt really invested or interested in finding our home. He wasnt responsive. I thought maybe he just took too many clients at once and couldnt handle it. When we did find a home that we wanted to submit an offer on, it felt like he just wanted it rushed. Seemed like he didnt have our best interest at hand and after seeing another friend of mine get a better deal in the same neighborhood only confirmed my thoughts. He basically got his cut of the house sold and dipped out. We never even so much as a thank you card from him. Not to mention the home we bought was absolutely trashed. That part was not his fault but if it were my client I would have at least coordinated with the other realtor and do a final walk through before handing the keys over.

Shaina Gorman is the absolute best real estate agent I have every deal with, and I have dealt with a lot. I defy anyone to find an agent that will respond to an email, text or phone call quicker that Shaina. Everything I have emailed or texted her, even after closing, I got a response within 30 seconds. Is that crazy or what? During the process of selling my house and closing on another Shaina answered every single question that came her way. Nothing will get in her way of serving you at the highest level of professionalism. Absolutely amazing!!! By the way, she is a team player and she is delightful to work with. She takes a lot of the pressure and anxiety out of a very nerve racking undertaken. You will not in anyway be disappointed in working with Shaina.
