Shaina helped us purchase a fixer upper, which was a challenge to acquire a loan for. She communicated with us almost daily, keeping us posted on all she could in order to keep the process moving forward. She was even willing to board up a slider for us in order to satisfy a request of the appraisal team and stay on track to close escrow. Her knowledge of and experience with renovations were an asset to us, especially when considering how to fairly negotiate after the inspection process. Our experience with buying our home was so positive, that we also hired her to help us sell our old home. This process was quick and relatively painless. The team assisted with staging the house, she held open houses as needed and the market was carefully analyzed as long as our house was still for sale, which was only for 2-3 weeks. Shaina was professional and a perfect balance between empathetic and direct, as our conversations with her were always productive and kept us moving toward our goal. We are thankful for her service and definitely recommend her to buy and sell a home.

Alex Parker was referred to us by a mutual friend last summer who also works for the same company. Pros of working with Alex is hes nice. The company has a reputation of being aEURoehigh endaEUR? however, we definitely didnt feel that way with him. We had actually met with a local realtor and gave her our email. She was kind enough to send us listings each morning without us asking for any. Unfortunately with Alex it was not that way. My husband and I were giving him the listing we wanted to see and he would just check to see if the home was still available. We just felt like he wasnt on top of it like the other realtor. It was like we were doing all the work to be truthful. He always seemed busy and would take long to reply to any of our messages. I understand people get busy but this felt like he wasnt really invested or interested in finding our home. He wasnt responsive. I thought maybe he just took too many clients at once and couldnt handle it. When we did find a home that we wanted to submit an offer on, it felt like he just wanted it rushed. Seemed like he didnt have our best interest at hand and after seeing another friend of mine get a better deal in the same neighborhood only confirmed my thoughts. He basically got his cut of the house sold and dipped out. We never even so much as a thank you card from him. Not to mention the home we bought was absolutely trashed. That part was not his fault but if it were my client I would have at least coordinated with the other realtor and do a final walk through before handing the keys over.
