ZillowVERIFIEDAlex Parker was referred to us by a mutual friend last summer who also works for the same company. Pros of working with Alex is hes nice. The company has a reputation of being aEURoehigh endaEUR? however, we definitely didnt feel that way with him. We had actually met with a local realtor and gave her our email. She was kind enough to send us listings each morning without us asking for any. Unfortunately with Alex it was not that way. My husband and I were giving him the listing we wanted to see and he would just check to see if the home was still available. We just felt like he wasnt on top of it like the other realtor. It was like we were doing all the work to be truthful. He always seemed busy and would take long to reply to any of our messages. I understand people get busy but this felt like he wasnt really invested or interested in finding our home. He wasnt responsive. I thought maybe he just took too many clients at once and couldnt handle it. When we did find a home that we wanted to submit an offer on, it felt like he just wanted it rushed. Seemed like he didnt have our best interest at hand and after seeing another friend of mine get a better deal in the same neighborhood only confirmed my thoughts. He basically got his cut of the house sold and dipped out. We never even so much as a thank you card from him. Not to mention the home we bought was absolutely trashed. That part was not his fault but if it were my client I would have at least coordinated with the other realtor and do a final walk through before handing the keys over.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved out of state, she took care of minor fixes in my home for the sale to go through. She helped me set up to have my home cleaned after I had already left the state. She always responded and kept me informed. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Katherine is just Fabulous!! She has gone above and beyond to make our dreams come true for our family. After looking at 10-15 homes we finally found our dream home. No pressure added. Her and her husband Alex are very knowledgeable in the field and answered every question no matter the time of day or weekend. They helped us get contractors in to personalize our new home. She still answers my questions even after the sale. She has a kind spirit, great personality, wonderful attitude. She definitely knows what she's doing. I'm blessed beyond words that God brought her to our family. She came and checked on our home on more then several occasions while we were in another county waiting to move. She actually came and brought in some items i ordered so they wouldn't get ruined by the rain. They were heavy too! We have built a friendship that in hope will last. Thank you Katherine for "making it happen" We couldn't of picked a better person then you to purchase our house!!!

ZillowVERIFIED She helped watched over the property when she listed it and did great follow ups. She's easily reachable. She inspected and checked on the property to ensure the property is showable during open houses . She required agents info before giving them passwords to get in to ensure they are not frauds. On the first week of the open house there was more than one offer. Tho they fell through but she did another open house the following week which then brought in a good buyer. She checked their loan to ensure it's likely to work and that they will be a good solid buyer. That made the sale good and easy for me. She followed through with the buyer's agent often to ensure all documents and datelines are met so the escrow closed in the time stated. Pretty happy. I was originally going to go with another but glad that I worked with her!

ZillowVERIFIED Alex is very friendly and easy to talk to. You can ask him any question and he takes the time to explain everything to you. Hes pretty much like a doctor that is always on call for you. You can call or text him whenever and he gets right back to you. Selling and buying a home is very stressful especially with 2 toddlers and he made our experience very smooth. He doesnt leave any stone unturned. He puts everything in writing so their are no issues. Totally recommend Alex Parker for buying, selling or renting your house. Hes a very hard worker and he makes it happen!

ZillowVERIFIED Hands down the BEST realtor out there. He made this experience so easy and enjoyable. Alex treated us like family. He was so easy to get ahold of and always so friendly. He has so many resources and connections so we didnt have to stress about finding an inspector, or anything else. He was always keeping us in the loop with everything that was going on. ZillowVERIFIED Alexander Parker was amazing at helping us sell our home in less than 2 weeks! I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. When we 1st contacted Alexander about selling our home I had some concerns about the prices of the homes around my neighborhood and was trying to come up with a realistic list price...within a few days he sent us a market analysis on our home and came out to go over EVERYTHING and helped us price our home just right! We had a total of 2 open houses which he was extremely prepared with a loan agent on site with him to get prospective buyers approved. Once our home was under contract the whole process of inspections and escrow was flawless. Alexander kept us well informed and was there to answer any and all questions. ZillowVERIFIED Choosing Alex as my realtor agent has been one of my best decisions ever! From the first time we spoke, He made me feel very comfortable. I had consulted a couple of different agents in the past but with Alex I noticed a pleasant difference right away. He is very knowledgeable and transparent about any limitations that might occur in the process, but instead of shutting an idea completely off, he is able to provide you w many more alternatives. I loved the fact that I was able to call him any time I had a question and he always did the best to provide me with answers. I also really liked the fact that I never felt like I was being pushed to buy or do something I wasn't completely sure of. The process was certainly not easy and was extremely stressful but Alex was there every step of the way to ease the pain and help out with anything - I mean ANYTHING - we needed. He was quick to respond to texts, emails, calls etc. which made it easy to get answers and commucate with him. The one thing that I loved the most was feeling like we were a priority and that no question was a bad question.
