Michelle was a pleasure to work with. It truly felt like she was looking out for us on both the buying and selling side. She was very helpful in explaining anything we were unsure of throughout the whole process.

A good friend recommended I contact Michelle to assist in the sale of my Garden City home. I am so glad he did. I was in a pinch having submitted a bid to buy another house and needed to get the sale of my home done quickly. I knew from our first meeting that Michelle would do an excellent job and that she would give her full attention to the sale of my house. She came totally prepared with ample market information enabling me to determine an appropriate offering price. She advised me on staging, she brought in a terrific photographer to take pictures for the website, she arranged for a full-page ad in the local newspaper, and she scheduled and managed the open house. She gave me ample feedback on buyers interest and evaluated the strength of their offers. It wasnt long before I had a signed contract of sale. Her experience in the market and good relationships with other real estate agents and attorneys facilitated the closing process. I am very happy to recommend her to anyone thinking about selling their home

This review is long overdue. Michelle helped sell our Mineola house back in 2019. This was our first home, and as such, our first sale. Michelles professionalism and market knowledge made the process smooth and stress free. Furthermore, her assistance allowed us to get top dollar for our home, making the purchase of our next home a bit easier. Thanks Michelle!

We recently sold our home with Michelle, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. From day one, she made the whole process easy and stress-free. She really knew the market and helped us price our home just right. She was easy to work with and we highly recommend her.

Michelle made the experience of selling our condo stress free. From the initial meeting it was obvious that she had done her homework. She gave us excellent advice on listing, pricing, etc. Actually after we hired Michelle we returned to our home in Fl and Michelle took care of EVERYTHING. Her advice was spot on and the condo sold quickly and for the asking price.
