ZillowVERIFIED Norma is great! Norma took the time to find the perfect house for me and my wife. Norma spent countless hours showing us house after house until we found the one we were meant to own. As first time home buyers purchasing a home is nerve racking. However, Norma walked us through it step by step. If you do not have an agent and you are looking for one I highly recommend Norma.

ZillowVERIFIED Norma is a one of the kind agent. She's kind and attentive and puts her clients needs and wants before all else. I am a very picky client but Norma did not hesitate to show me house after house and truly understand my wants. My husband and I must have looked at 50 plus houses with Norma until we found our current home! I would recommend that you use Norma, she is amazing!

ZillowVERIFIED Last spring I chose to work with Norma Quigley, asking her to show me numerous homes in the Whitestone and Bayside, NY area. I couldn't have chosen a better fit. Not only was she highly professional, knowledgeable, and truly Real Estate savvy, but her courteous, warm, and positive manner provided me with the kind of expertise and support I needed to approach the task. Norma made my search as effortless as possible. To her credit, the house hunting process proved very productive and Norma was there at every step of the way. Unfortunately, I have had to postpone my search due to my unforeseen early retirement. To this day I find myself raving about her willingness to follow up on every query and address any bumps along the road. Her communication skills and keen sense of timing were priceless, as was her natural warmth and positive energy which was beneficial to all. In short, I couldn't have been more pleased with her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for not only a R.E. broker to work withaEUR"but for a true ally to count on along the way! I will definitely be working with her again in the near future when I resume my search.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Norma to be both personable and professional. She understood my vision quickly, and worked diligently to find what would suit my family's needs. She worked with me every step of the way. She also has a team of contractors, plumbers, painters and electricians that are readily available to you. Her help and guidance put my mind at ease and made this overwhelming experience easier to go through. Not only was Norma my agent, but I now consider her my friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Norma was so accommodating in my search for a new home. I was a first time buyer and she answered all my questions as well as asked any questions I wouldn't have known to ask. She has your best interest during the whole process. Tell her exactly what you are looking for and what you are not looking for and she will exceed your expectations. I would highly recommend Norma and definitely use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Norma was really the perfect agent. My wife and I can be quite overwhelming - constant texts asking for updates on offers, odd hours we can visit, and so on. But Norma was always extremely accommodating and positive, throughout the process. And we made it hard for her! We visited tons of houses, but she remained as patient and helpful throughout. Most importantly, she was never pushy or provided "wishy-washy" information, and turned us away from as many houses that we visited as she advocated for. I never felt like she was trying to close to get paid, it always felt like she had our best interests at heart. We even came close to closing on a house, discovered things that made us uncomfortable, and she suggested we drop it and go back to looking without any pressure otherwise. Also - she has an adorable dog. Just saying.
