Douglas Elliman

Claude had my back all through the purchasing process. He was knowledgeable about the co-op building. I was looking at, and very astute in evaluating the relative value of various apartments in that building. His communication skills were excellent and that was important because I live in Atlanta and was purchasing in Washington DC. He understood my needs, with very generous for the first time, and constantly me on class, forms, tax statement, opportunities, etc..

Loved working with Claude. He made numerous comments on places along the way that gave me confidence he knew what I was looking for (once I contradicted myself on how much natural light I was looking for and he immediately asked for clarification- he was listening for detail which was a huge confidence boost for me. Buying a house is super stressful, and he was a great guide. Happily settled into a new condo within eye shot of US Capitol. Thanks Claude!

Working with Claude Labbe was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Claude and his team are not only incredibly knowledgeable about the market but also patient, attentive, and deeply committed to their clients? success. Claude Labbe took the time to truly understand our needs and went above and beyond to make sure every step of the selling process was smooth and stress-free.

Claude is wonderful. Not sure how else to put it. He fights for his clients best interests and is an expert in negations and tact. Ive used him for buying and selling and Ive been thoroughly satisfied each time.

Claude did an excellent job for us in selling our Moms condo. His attention to detail was impressive, and he helped navigate a process that we were not familiar with. He also helped co-ordinate with contractors we needed to hire to get the condo ready for sale. In addition, he was ALWAYS available and responsive to calls, texts, and emails. We would hire him again!
