Zach did a tremendous job in selling our house. We had already left town and were clear across the country when he came on board. He handled everything with expertise, attention to detail, positivity, and most importantly, kept us updated on what was happening with our house. Zach truly went above and beyond. It was an absolute pleasure working with him.

I just bought a house in Torrance with Donald in my corner . I think the biggest takeaway I learned from this house buying process is how important it is to work with a charismatic real estate agent who is clearly liked and appreciated by his peers. Real estate is pretty much a sales role and for anyone who has ever worked in sales knows that people buy and sell from those that they like personally. Every open house I went to with Donald, you could tell how much other real estate agents adored him. Every agent that walks through the door gives him a hug and has some random story to reminisce on with him which is really fun to watch. Hes local, knows all the agents in the area, and is as authentic as he is charismatic. I'm fully convinced that I managed to get my house because of the simple fact that the sellers agent knew Donald and liked him as a person. Theres so many lame real estate agents out there and I played around with a few of them before finding Donald. It was clear to me after one meeting with him that he had qualities that other agents simply didnt have. Beyond the fact that hes an incredible person, I think he performed the job of guiding me through the emotional rollercoaster of buying a home very well. I'm super grateful that I had him in my corner, if youre buying in the South Bay you would be doing yourself a disservice by not going with a true local like Donald.

Ross did an incredible job helping us look at rental properties! He was very knowledgeable and coordinated showings at multiple properties on short notice. He took the time to answer all our questions and drove us through different neighborhoods to find the area that best fit our needs. We were moving from out of state and with Ross help, we were able to settle on a place the same day! He even stopped by after we moved in to welcome us to the area. I would highly recommend Ross to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the area!
