George acted as both our buyer's agent on our beautiful new construction, as well as the seller's agent on the old home we loved.On the sale side: George was instrumental in inking a deal with a wonderful single mother who fell in love with our old home at first sight. He helped us to achieve top value for our house, which really came in handy for the purchase of our new home. The transaction was, of course, stressful when you're departing from your home of 16 years, but George was very reassuring and helpful to explain the documents clearly to us and worked with all the parties to make certain the timeline met with our needs for the mortgage lock on the new house.On the purchase side: George really drove a hard bargain with the new home builder, who had a real bulldog for an agent. This woman was just plain tough. But in the end we were able to leverage the fact that the spec home had been on the market for quite some time, and we got some excellent concessions. We even managed to get the builder to make some improvements (crown molding, recessed lighting, etc.) which is really unheard of after the home is complete.In the end, we would certainly recommend George to friends and family; he was always available by phone, email, and text whenever we needed him to show us a home or just to answer some questions. In fact, we now consider George as a family friend, and we were very happy he could join us at our housewarming party this year.Give him a shout - his straightforward personality doesn't pull punches when he sees something in a house he doesn't like. To him it's not about just selling houses, but it's about him helping you to find a home you will love for years to come. And he's a heck of a nice and funny guy to boot. Cheers.
