ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, I began this "new to me" process blind and without a ton of knowledge. Once I began working with George, he really shed light on all my questions that I had. He told me first thing you need to figure out is location......that seemed to be the hardest part for me. He got me logged into the MLS systems, so I would see the most updated listings each day. He knew exactly what I was looking for, it was just a matter of finding it. We went on quite a few house tours, and each time we'd talk about the good the bad and the ugly of each one, so next time we knew what not to look for. In the end of the process, I finally found "the one".....we walked in, and I just knew. That same night, we went to the table and wrote up our offer. George explained to me in detail the number we should go with and why....I trusted him 100%....We countered, and 2 days later the offer was accepted....George also set me up with a mortgage lender that he works with and trusts and whom he highly recommends. He connected me with her and between the help of George and Wendy, they made this an amazing experience. Jump 30 days....and i'm now all moved in and a happy NEW HOME OWNER all because of George! I will be recommending him to anyone i know who is looking to buy or sell! Thank you George for EVERYTHING and for making this process one of the best experiences ever!

The best part was his communication. I had heard about terrible experiences that some had with buying their first home, but I thank God, for George and our lender, Louis. The process was great. ZillowVERIFIED George acted as both our buyer's agent on our beautiful new construction, as well as the seller's agent on the old home we loved.On the sale side: George was instrumental in inking a deal with a wonderful single mother who fell in love with our old home at first sight. He helped us to achieve top value for our house, which really came in handy for the purchase of our new home. The transaction was, of course, stressful when you're departing from your home of 16 years, but George was very reassuring and helpful to explain the documents clearly to us and worked with all the parties to make certain the timeline met with our needs for the mortgage lock on the new house.On the purchase side: George really drove a hard bargain with the new home builder, who had a real bulldog for an agent. This woman was just plain tough. But in the end we were able to leverage the fact that the spec home had been on the market for quite some time, and we got some excellent concessions. We even managed to get the builder to make some improvements (crown molding, recessed lighting, etc.) which is really unheard of after the home is complete.In the end, we would certainly recommend George to friends and family; he was always available by phone, email, and text whenever we needed him to show us a home or just to answer some questions. In fact, we now consider George as a family friend, and we were very happy he could join us at our housewarming party this year.Give him a shout - his straightforward personality doesn't pull punches when he sees something in a house he doesn't like. To him it's not about just selling houses, but it's about him helping you to find a home you will love for years to come. And he's a heck of a nice and funny guy to boot. Cheers.
