Growing tired of beach living after 7 years, we turned to John and, amazingly in a deep buyers market, he managed to sell our home for much more than we expected AND connected us to the perfect agents to find our new home in WNC. Mr John Dooley is the absolute best!! As first time homebuyers, my wife (then fiancA(C)) were completely clueless on any of the procedures that were needed to buy a home, all we knew is where we wanted to move to and what we were looking for and John was nothing but the best help! We had met with him in almost a year in advanced and he told us he was ready for us when the time was right for us and never pressured once! When the time was right, we reached out to John to begin our adventure. John was able to provide us options along with a house we had in mind as well. Fast-forward, past all the hurry and wait phases, we hit a bump in the road on the day of closing, no fault to us or john, which caused us to delay moving in a day (even though we had the car packed and movers on the way with all our belongings). Johns amazing problem solving skills and amazing heart was able to accommodate our belongings in our car for us overnight so we could get a plan! That next day we were able to close and John was able to guide us along the way! Since then we have turned that house into a beautiful home with a beautiful family! Without John, none of this would be possible and I will always recommend him to anyone and everyone and will always be our go to! A million thank you' s!!

John was amazing at helping me sell my house. There were some road blocks along the way but he was always there to guide me through them, offer solutions and stayed on top of things. He got me list price and more and I am so grateful. I cannot thank him enough for all of the effort he put into the sell of this house. He's knowledgeable, kind and overall a great guy.
