As first time homebuyers, my wife (then fiancA(C)) were completely clueless on any of the procedures that were needed to buy a home, all we knew is where we wanted to move to and what we were looking for and John was nothing but the best help! We had met with him in almost a year in advanced and he told us he was ready for us when the time was right for us and never pressured once! When the time was right, we reached out to John to begin our adventure. John was able to provide us options along with a house we had in mind as well. Fast-forward, past all the hurry and wait phases, we hit a bump in the road on the day of closing, no fault to us or john, which caused us to delay moving in a day (even though we had the car packed and movers on the way with all our belongings). Johns amazing problem solving skills and amazing heart was able to accommodate our belongings in our car for us overnight so we could get a plan! That next day we were able to close and John was able to guide us along the way! Since then we have turned that house into a beautiful home with a beautiful family! Without John, none of this would be possible and I will always recommend him to anyone and everyone and will always be our go to! A million thank you' s!!

I had endless questions and concerns and he never gave me the impression I was being a nuisance or that my concerns were not valid. He was always available and even if he was doing something else, he would respond and say he would get back to me. I had numerous small and petty issues that came up during the sale and some that were not so small, but we worked through each one of them as they came up and until they were resolved. John has a calm demeanor and excellent communication skills, both of which are important when selling a home, as you always have to expect the unexpected and we certainly had those. ZillowVERIFIED With so much uncertainty these days, I wasnt quite sure I was making the correct decision to sell my home. After meeting with John and his brother, I decided to and went ahead. Deciding in my mind, list your house for 3 months, see what happens. Well, after just 9 days with The Dooley Group, I had an offer at full asking price. The only negotiation was pushing back the closing because my daughter was getting married 4 days prior to the requested closing date. Oh, lets back up, I had a senior dog at home on a Saturday when I work. So John told me he would take her for a walk during the Saturday showing. Included a picture of the two of them hanging outside. Who does that? John went above and beyond. His knowledge of the market in my area, the process of today with selling a home, and if I had even the smallest question, he answered it immediately. John took the time to answer all of my questions and walked me through the process. After finding a home and making an offer the inspection revealed issues and we were not able to close. John was positive and encouraging the entire time and less that 2 weeks later we had found another home and this time we ended up closing. John is low pressure and focused on finding the right house for us. John was always quick to respond to texts and calls and communicated well if there were times he'd be unavailable. He's knowledgeable about the process and knows the area well.

We shopped in the OKI area 4 years ago with John and decided to purchase in another location. However, four years later we went right back to him when we decided OKI would be the right place for our family. He was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. He is also a no pressure realtor who allows you look at a broad range of homes (we probably looked at 15+) and doesn't try to sway you in any direction. He also remembers every comment you make about likes/dislikes and points those things out for you going forward. As out of town buyers we relied heavily on his videos and willingness to meet with local contractors to get us the answers we needed (ex. pool questions/guidelines). If we ever need to buy or sell in the future, we will absolutely work with John again. I also want to give a shout out to his wife and brother who were flexible to fill in for John, or adjust their schedules, to meet our availability. I know his wife took a few detours so he could respond to our request for videos. Our questions were responded to almost immediately and videos were always sent within 24 hours if not sooner. They are truly a team at The Dooley Group. If you need a realtor look no further and call John. He is the BEST!!
