Brandon assisted in multiple ways during our home purchase and home sale process. Brandon claimed the title of dual agent on the purchase of our home. He filled this position well; being able to negotiate,complete tasks in a timley manner,and not be biased to either party.Brandon came and toured the property we were electing to sell; he was able to be at the location very quickly. Brandon supplied an accurate and fair suggestion on the price and market time of our home; he brought documentation along to prove his statements. Our home sold very, very near Brandon's projected price and time frame; the results backed up his projections.Brandon was very responsive during both processes even when it was not expected of him. Could not have asked for a better process from start to completion.If another real estate transaction is in my future; Brandon and his team will be my first choice.
