He filled this position well; being able to negotiate,complete tasks in a timley manner,and not be biased to either party.Brandon came and toured the property we were electing to sell; he was able to be at the location very quickly. Brandon supplied an accurate and fair suggestion on the price and market time of our home; he brought documentation along to prove his statements. Our home sold very, very near Brandon's projected price and time frame; the results backed up his projections.Brandon was very responsive during both processes even when it was not expected of him.
