My wife and I began working with Ryan Griffin in April 2019, to sell and buy a home. He was far and above the most talented and dedicated realtor Id ever met. He knew construction, so he could point out defects and opportunities. He knew the community and the neighborhoods. He was always immediately available. For example wed put in a call to see 3 houses, he had them lined up for inspection the next day. We looked at 50 residences, and we were confident he would have shown us 50 more, but we found the house we loved. He was a professional, but also very much a partner. In the end he also worked successfully with two other realtors, resulting in a perfect outcome: we sold, bought another and couldnt be more pleased! Ryan has great local knowledge, understands the market dynamics, and is patience and very easy to work with. He showed us many houses over a 4 month period and worked with us on 2 unsuccessful bids before we finally landed a house on the 3rd try. The process for the 3rd house was fraught with many issues and the deal almost fell through a couple of times before it all worked out. Ryan was incredibly professional throughout a very drawn and a bit tense negotiation and closing. He is always available and a tireless worker. We highly recommend him!
