We met Ken after a Family Beach visit and he showed us homes and communities on a Saturday afternoon......knowing we were years away from our decision! The listing agent for that first property was Micah Yerk....and I personally am very glad that he was! We looked at numerous properties in and around Lower and Middle township (except Villas :( !).We had no idea how convoluted and frustrating the process could (and did) become. Throughout it all...the ups, the downs, the BS, the total unreasonability of some sellers, the games some other realtors played, the truth about "flood plains", missing foundations, "sistered" joists and other issues too numerous to mention, we actually found the perfect house for us! Throughout it all, Micah hung in there for us. He was a good listener...he knows the "turf" and his "stuff'! He was patient with us (an absolutely essential quality in a top echelon agent). He worked hard for us! If you are embarking on this same journey and are new to the process, Micah is your guy! It took 6 solid months but closing in October was sweet! Micah has "the Right Stuff"!
