Denovo Realty

Holly and her team did an outstanding job selling my house. Her knowledge of the listing/selling process along with her professionalism and attention to detail makes her second to none. She has excellent communication. Her and her team made the transition flawless.

Holly is very sweet and very personable! She always made us feel welcome but never pressured us. She always came prepared for a walk through bringing knowledge about each house we toured good/bad news. She pointed out things even we didnt notice and she even gave her expertise advice in each place. We worked with Holly about 3-4 months looking for the perfect home. Even when we hit a few bumps with a home and wanted to wait for the market to open up more she was very patient with us but still stayed in available. We finally decided on a home that ticked most of our check list boxes and finally hit the button which Holly made that happen for us! We are so grateful for Holly being our realtor and we have already recommended her name to a few of our friends and family for their future purchases! Thank you Holly!

As a first time home buyer, my wife and I were very anxious about buying a home. We didn't even know where to begin. Holly was incredible and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to walk us through everything. She responds very quickly no matter when I would text or email her. She was able to get us everything we asked for when making offers and followed up relentlessly to make sure the sellers were completing everything found on the inspection. My wife and I are very thankful, and so glad we chose Holly. If you are looking for someone who cares, and is brillant- Holly needs to be your choice.

Megan and her team were the best! We were moving from out of state and found Megan based on other reviews. We knew we wanted to be on the east coast of Florida but really needed someone who knew the area and were going to make sure we checked all of our aEURoemust haveaEUR? boxes. Megan was so knowledgeable about the area, people, schools etc. She was honest and fair and also referred us to a perfect lender for our needs. Once we closed her services didnt stop. Shes always available and had great recommendations for companies to do projects around the house. We are beyond happy with the home and area we chose thanks to Megan and her teams assistance!

Megan was a great realtor for us. She made herself available on our schedule. She knew the area very well. She responded to communication promptly. And we were able to get good equity out of our property. We would gladly work with her again.
