ZillowVERIFIED Jama was extremely beneficial in the timely selling of our second home. She advised us in the preparation of the house to optimize a larger buyer pool and the maximum return for the current market. Jama was in constant contact with us at every step of the process, from the paperwork to the buyers proposals and questions. If we ever had a question, she was always right at her phone! We had a cash contract within 24 hours at $7,500 higher than the asking price. We will use her to sell our third property!!

ZillowVERIFIED We met Jama by accident- and where very lucky we did ! Jama went above and beyond to find my family the perfect home. In a difficult market, with next to no inventory- Jama was thorough and knowledgeable in her craft. A very talented and educated professional in her field- which came in very handy since we relocated from another state. Jama was patient, kind and helpful- and I plan on working with her again!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Jama was effortless. From the beginning to the closing Jama is on top of every detail. She conferred with us throughout the process and guided us absolutely spot on with all decisions to make our sale a reality. She uses all resources available to promote your sale of your home. She brings an amazing personal touch to what could be a very stressful time. There are so many real estates agents out there but Jama is a cut above and really works hard in your interest. We listed one property with Jama and we were so impressed by her work ethics we listed our other property soon after the first. She sold both properties within a week because of her diligence and talents. We highly recommend Jama for all your real estate needs !!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Best realtor in Brevard. Jama goes above and beyond to make sure all your wants and needs are met. We had a couple issues with the previous owner after the inspection and she fought for the contract that was agreed upon to be executed in full. It would definitely be an honor and pleasure to work with Jama again.

ZillowVERIFIED Jama was an EXCELLENT realtor! I can?t thank her enough for going above & beyond for us throughout the entire home-selling process. She sold our home quickly & for the price we wanted.. all in the middle of this pandemic craziness. She was personable, professional and just all around amazing. Thanks again for everything!
