Delisa Beets Real Estate

Delisa is an excellent Realtor. We almost decided to list our home for sale by owner but after talking with Delisa and thinking about it more we listed with her. We sure are glad we did. In this sellers market it was worth it so much to have someone so professional, efficient, and knowledgeable about when to list, how to deal with multiple offers, and multiple showings. We had 40 showings in a day and accepted an offer way over asking. It was the easiest transaction selling a home we have done yet! Thanks Delisa!! We highly recommend Delisa to anyone buying or selling their home.

Delisa was outstanding. She met with us and gave a lot of helpful inform on the market, our area and the entire process, and everything she said was spot on. She marketed our home and we sold for much more than asking. Delisa was the best agent weve ever worked with and I would highly recommend her to my friends, in fact I already have.

Delisa was outstanding! She is knowledgeable with everything real estate-the DFW areas and real estate sale/processes. She is prompt in responding to all our questions and was very helpful when it came to negotiating our home purchase. She is very thorough as well - she guided us through closing and did a walk through our new home with us (with suggestions for improvement/renovation considerations), complete with a small housewarming present!

We stumbled across Delisa as we were wondering aimlessly in the DFW market. We thank our lucky stars we did. She?s knowledgeable, patient, smart, and a go getter! She helped us march through the chaos of the market and always kept us informed and ready to pounce! She is what we call the real deal. We are happy homeowners now in north Dallas thanks to her!

She always worked with me as a family member , I never feel that she is a realtor agent. Thanks to her for selling our house really quick and picking the perfect house to buy. I wish her best success.
