ZillowVERIFIEDDelisa was outstanding! She is knowledgeable with everything real estate-the DFW areas and real estate sale/processes. She is prompt in responding to all our questions and was very helpful when it came to negotiating our home purchase. She is very thorough as well - she guided us through closing and did a walk through our new home with us (with suggestions for improvement/renovation considerations), complete with a small housewarming present!

ZillowVERIFIED Delisa was outstanding. She met with us and gave a lot of helpful inform on the market, our area and the entire process, and everything she said was spot on. She marketed our home and we sold for much more than asking. Delisa was the best agent weve ever worked with and I would highly recommend her to my friends, in fact I already have.

ZillowVERIFIED We stumbled across Delisa as we were wondering aimlessly in the DFW market. We thank our lucky stars we did. She?s knowledgeable, patient, smart, and a go getter! She helped us march through the chaos of the market and always kept us informed and ready to pounce! She is what we call the real deal. We are happy homeowners now in north Dallas thanks to her!

ZillowVERIFIED Delisa is an excellent Realtor. We almost decided to list our home for sale by owner but after talking with Delisa and thinking about it more we listed with her. We sure are glad we did. In this sellers market it was worth it so much to have someone so professional, efficient, and knowledgeable about when to list, how to deal with multiple offers, and multiple showings. We had 40 showings in a day and accepted an offer way over asking. It was the easiest transaction selling a home we have done yet! Thanks Delisa!! We highly recommend Delisa to anyone buying or selling their home.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure to work with Delisa, she is a very professional SHARP, agent, she made me feel at peace and that she was by my side making sure all the process went smoothly, thank you so much Delisa for all you did for me and my family. The house was sold super fast in times of uncertainty with this pandemia going on, I was kind of scared it wouldnt sell as fast as it did, because we were moving from Texas to Florida and we had a lot of datelines to meet! But it got sold in time record! I recommend everybody to work with her. Sincerely, Dalia Alvarado & Fam

ZillowVERIFIED Delisa was referred to us by a work colleague of my husband?s. We were living in San Diego at the time we were house hunting and not familiar with the area of Dallas where we were looking. Delisa went above and beyond to help us find ?our home.? She helped us narrow down areas, research school districts for our 3 kids, and then find the right home for us within budget. We ended up absolutely finding the perfect house for us(which we all love!) and a great elementary and middle school for our kids. I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED TOP FIVE-STARS...I am super picky choosing the right personality to work with and I have to trust someone 500% before I do business. My experience with Delisa has been an excellent service from start to finish and her calm and relaxing voice keeps you assured and comforted. The home I was selling had some older light fixtures inside the home and the roof needed some minor work. Delisa and her husband flip homes as a side business, so they were able to take care of all of this really fast... they put in all-new fixtures for me so I trusted her to go shopping and choosing the modern style that buyers will gravitate towards and they even fixed small repairs on the roof. Delisas gardener also kept my garden in prime condition for future buyers. I live in Hawaii so I had to rely on her to do everything for me :) Days later we sold it for a good price, all done with absolute top professionalism. I would highly recommend Delisa without a doubt and I am also thinking of letting her sell my other homes in the same area.

ZillowVERIFIED Delisa was amazing from start to finish. She stayed calm when we were nervous in a sellers market when buying our first home in Texas. She had great recommendations to try things when making the offer and then negotiating with inspection items all the way through to the last minute walk through items. We could not be more comfortable and happy with dealing with her while currently living out of state. She knows the area and had lots of suggestions for utilities, services, and improvements. She always made time for us even working late at night to get an offer out or amendments and she was always easy to reach. We highly recommmend Delisa when buying or selling your next home!

ZillowVERIFIED Delisa is one of the best agents around. I have worked with her in the past year to both sell and purchase a new home. She is knowledgeable, approachable, and personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including morning, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question, explained all the forms and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. She organized last minute showings and put up with my indecisiveness as I narrowed my search down. Buying and selling a home in this market and area (Keller/Fort Worth) is very challenging, as the market was fluctuating significantly at the time, but working with Delisa made it as painless and straightforward as possible. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking to sell or purchase a new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Delisa was always very quick to answer all our questions and accomodate our schedules while booking showings. We never felt as though we werent moving quick enough on any houses because she was always prepared and let us know if anything had a sense of urgency. When showing us houses, I always noticed how she let my husband and I walk around and form our own opinions before offering any opinion that she had. This helped both Delisa and us figure out exactly what we were looking for. She works closely with a lender as well as many other helpful partners that we enjoyed working with.

ZillowVERIFIED Delisa is a rockstar real estate agent! I had the good fortune of working with her to sell my family?s home in the spring of 2018. Delissa?s insights helped from the very beginning regarding touch up work, pricing and timing to list the property. She created interest from multiple qualified buyers prior to the official list date and that led to a very painless offer and closing process. Choosing a real estate agent is tough, but I highly recommend you consider Delisa when making your decision. I think you?ll find her market insights, consistent communication and ability to bring buyers on board very valuable. Cheers!

ZillowVERIFIED With no reservations we can highly recommend Delisa for your real estate needs. She assisted us with finding and closing on our new home as well as leasing our old home. It was obvious from the beginning that Delisa knew the real estate business well. She guided us through the entire process with useful information and sound advice. She remained patient with us as we toured more than a few homes. Phone calls and texts with questions or concerns were promptly returned. After finding and closing on our new home, Delisa helped us lease our old home including formulating a lease, marketing the property, and showing it to potential tenants. In gratitude for her excellent service we are happy to recommend Delisa to anyone needing real estate services.

ZillowVERIFIED When searching for a new home, Delisa Beets helped make it a great experience. After giving financial limits and areas to live, I was given many homes to see online. After narrowing down properties, she showed me at least eight homes. Ease of purchase and closing helped with the new transition. All was accomplished in weeks thanks to her knowledge and business savvy. Very professional and patient.

ZillowVERIFIED Delissa Beets was the only realtor that had contacted me back from many that I had tried to contact. She is very professional and motivated. If there were any questions I had she would have an answer to me within 30 minutes to and hour tops, if she did not already know the answer to. I didnt know any local contractors, such as inspectors, AC maintenance or plumbing. She has many contacts with negotiable prices and will do anything possible within her power to bring prices down if they seem unfair, or move she will replace them with someone better. She stays in constant contact with the sellers agent or themselves. She stays professional at all times. Out of many people I know has been able to get the best rates compared to their representatives. If you are looking for someone that would go above and beyond for you she is the best person to contact and I recommend her to anyone that wants the best service they can get.
