Eric did an outstanding job helping us find and purchase the right house. We worked with him for weeks in advance of a trip while he got to know our family situation, busineess needs and personal preferences which were by no means simple to lay out! He selected and arranged multiple house visits and continually provided detailed and accurate market perspectives and local information without putting his thumb on the scale as far as what would be best for us. In addition to helping us find the right house, Eric was skillful in negotiating our offer and our closing. Eric is an excellent realtor - he was patient with us as we determined exactly what we were looking for and helped us think through different locations, styles, amenities, and price ranges. He made himself available whenever we needed him. He helped us navigate the entire process and made sure we had the information necessary to feel confident in our decision (months later, can confirm, no buyer's remorse and have an expanded network of experts I can source information from for both this house and future real estate transactions). After previous poor experiences with other realtors, I was reluctant to engage another, but Eric has restored my faith that there are great realtors (or at least, Eric is the great one)!
