Eric was wonderful to work with! He supported me through all stages of the process, communicating every step of the way. He was very responsive (at all hours) answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. He recommended contractors and was really helpful in getting necessary work scheduled that needed to be done before I could list my house. He made sure the photos of my house were exceptional. He ensured follow up from people who viewed my house. Eric managed the final negotiations in my best interest. I trust him inherently; he is kind, patient, supportive and a consummate professional.

My wife and I were very fortunate to have "discovered" Jennifer. We are from Texas and wanted to explore the possibilities of a move to Baltimore, Maryland. Jennifer graciously accepted our requested and organized viewings of several homes at our convenience. She listened to our wish list and showed us "everything" from row homes to luxury apartments on the harbor, what we thought we wanted to see, as well as homes and sites she thought we should see while in Baltimore. She was very open and objective, pointing out pros and cons and had a firm command of the offerings in the community. She followed up with us thoughtfully, during and after our visit, but was never at all pushy.
