Fran was very professional and responsive at the beginning of our relationship, however, on several occasions, important updates during the inspection and appraisal process were either delayed or required that we call her for the information. At one point, even her voice mailbox was too full to leave a message. We were not aware of any negotiating by Fran on our behalf. We pretty much agreed to the buyer's demands.
