Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Make sure you have a Buyer Agent! Whether this is your first home or your 15th, it is so important to have representation with all the benefits that come with it. You need someone who can negotiate the best price for you, as well as all the other things that come along such as inspection repairs and appraisal results. It's also a huge advantage to have a real estate agent who knows the market....neighborhoods, schools, builders, etc. and can be your trusted advisor.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

In order to maximize your price, it is important to know what it will take to get your home ready for the market. I specialize in pre-marketing consultation and staging, and I highly recommend you hire a real estate professional with the necessary credentials to help you.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

Corporate transferees, first-time buyers, singles, luxury, seniors

Q: 4. How did you get started in Real Estate?

One of my great friends was a Broker and encouraged me to get my license. I had just moved to the area with my military husband and had a teaching degree but no openings. I got my real estate license, and have never looked back. It's been a great experience so far and hoping for more to come!

Q: 5. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I have had specialized education/training in divorce property settlement, acquiring my designation Real Estate Collaboration Specialist - Divorce. I have taken specialized coursework in investment properties. I have also been a Relocation Director for a real estate company handling corporate clients and coordinating relocation services.

Fran was very professional and responsive at the beginning of our relationship, however, on several occasions, important updates during the inspection and appraisal process were either delayed or required that we call her for the information. At one point, even her voice mailbox was too full to leave a message. We were not aware of any negotiating by Fran on our behalf. We pretty much agreed to the buyer's demands.

Fran is the BEST. I have bought 1 home and sold 2 thru her. She is straight forward and efficient. My first house sale was in 2012 when the market was TOUGH....and Fran priced, staged, and marketed the house, and sold it for right where we thought it would sell! I then purchased a NEWLY constructed home with her, and she was so helpful in negotiation, design, monitoring the builder, and finishing the house on time it was SO helpful. Frankly, I wasn't sure I needed a realtor in the new home buying process, but she proved to be invaluable. Finally, we moved from Franklin and Fran sold our home, that we had built just 2 years prior. In the end, the home had 3 offers on the first day listed, and it sold. I chose her because she knows the market, and is hyper diligent in taking care of details. This all paid off during each transaction which was efficient, and more importantly, enjoyable, and stress free. When we move back to Frankin, FRAN will be our choice......

Fran helped me buy my house. She also sold my sister two houses and helped sell them when she was ready to move. One sold before it was listed, and one sold in one day after listing. My sister did what Fran recommended she do and the houses sold in record time! I recommended Fran to my boss who used her to sell his house and sell his finance's condo. She is now working with another friend to sell their home! Fran worked with me about 19 years ago and has remained a good friend and knows my family well. She is thoughtful and compassionate and has a very good sense of the market in which she works. She will keep you abreast of home values in your neighborhood and reaches out to friend and clients with cards and through the web. I would recommend Fran to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home in the Davidson, Williamson or surrounding count areas of Tennessee.

14 years ago Fran assisted me with the purchase of my first home in the area. Last year she helped me sell that home and upgrade into a new larger home. I wouldn't use anyone else for my real estate needs. She is awesome. Fran is very hardworking, honest and a pleasure to work with. I recommend her highly !

She listened to everything my family wanted and found us the exact neighborhood that would be just the right fit for us. She's kept in contact with us every year, not just as a realtor but as a friend.

We moved to the Williamson County area from Texas in 2007. Fran was assigned to us through the relocation group of my husband's business. Fran was such a big help to us! We were familiar with the area as we had lived here before, but she was on top of finding us the perfect home here this time around! It took us a couple times out to find our forever home and she negotiated us a great deal! She also was very helpful with any help we needed with professionals we needed to help us when we got settled. Fran doesn't just have a customer, she is personable and will make friends for life. We felt free to call her with any questions. AND... she offered me a job not long after we moved here! I saw first hand her knowledge and how much she cares about her customers. I would recommend her to anyone i meet!!!!
