Phillip and Michelle were great to work with purchasing a house. They were very attentive to our needs and consistently available during the entire process. They also have been prompt helping us weeks after the purchase with any question we have had.

Michelle and Phillip were not only experienced and professional real estate agents, they were caring, prompt, and ready to answer any questions and expedite the entire sale of my home. They are trustworthy and reliable while getting the job done.

Michelle and Phillip are the best! They made the daunting process of first-time home buying a breeze. They advocated for me every step of the way, reassured me when I was feeling a little overwhelmed, and answered every question along the way (and many times, anticipated my questions before I had a chance to ask them). They were able to get me a wonderful price for a home Ill cherish for years to come. If youre worried about choosing a realtor, worry no more because the Livingstons are your people. I will be recommending them to everyone I know looking to buy or sell a home!

Love the Livingston?s they made this process very easy. This was the fastest I have ever moved I think all said and done it was about one month from listing to sold and from finding a new home to buying? they were great. We would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home..

We were looking for a house in the Columbus area, but live in Michigan. Logistically, that could have been difficult. Phillip and Michelle were good communicators and kept us in the loop at each step. We had a great experience with them from start to finish!
