I had the distinct pleasure of working with Mrs. Michelle Livingston during the purchase of a house for my 90 year old mother. Michelle was a ray of sunlight in a world of unfamiliarity (Real Estate). The purchase process was not without flaws on my part during the financing procedures. With Michelles guidance and never ending patients we were able to overcome all obstacles and finalize the purchase of a home of my Moms choosing. During this venture Michelle was in constant contact with my mom, both over the phone and personal visits, apprising her of the status of the purchase situation. As a note, I live in Tennessee so my dealings with Michelle were also over the phone. We, my Mom and I, had complete confidence in Michelles ability and expertise and would gladly use her and her husbands agency again if needed.
