Susan Goulding sold my house ($12,000 more than the asking price!) and helped to buy our dream home. She was always available and very quick to respond to my questions. We had a few hiccups along the way (buyer switched jobs just before closing, delaying the process) and Susan was AWESOME! She went to bat for us, thought outside the box for ways to speed up the process, and was in constant contact with us, making a stressful time so much easier to get through. I honestly feel she cares about her clients and her knowledge was reassuring. I would use Susan again and recommend her to my friends and family.

She is very helpful! react fast! You will be successful if you hire her as agent! I got a lot of issue with my purchase of a foreclosure house because the condition of the house is as is. Wells Fargo needs seller bank to repair it before lending me money. Seller bank is kind decline repairing, so I just paid off. During this procedure, Susan helped me with all paperwork with quickest action, as well as helped inspection, septic, and even introduced a contractor after the deal was done.

Susan and her reality company is the worst. They owe us our $4000 despot from one of her over priced rentals and is 2 weeks late. Rental company by law is required to return your deposit 21 days after vacating the property and returning keys. This was 2 weeks ago and Susan is MIA. Unresponsive and blames her own employees for her incompetence. We will take legal action if we dont get our money back and will demand interest. Youd do the same to us if we were late on rent. DO NOT do business with this company they will rip you off

Very personable and attentive to our wants/needs. Easy to work with. My fiance and I were first time homebuyers. Susan made for a great experience. We looked in a couple different communities. She had great knowledge of the surrounding areas and was able to guide us to a few gems based on our preferences. If I were to do this again-- I wouldnt do anything different -- great experience.
