ZillowVERIFIEDSusan and her reality company is the worst. They owe us our $4000 despot from one of her over priced rentals and is 2 weeks late. Rental company by law is required to return your deposit 21 days after vacating the property and returning keys. This was 2 weeks ago and Susan is MIA. Unresponsive and blames her own employees for her incompetence. We will take legal action if we dont get our money back and will demand interest. Youd do the same to us if we were late on rent. DO NOT do business with this company they will rip you off

We looked in a couple different communities. She had great knowledge of the surrounding areas and was able to guide us to a few gems based on our preferences. I got a lot of issue with my purchase of a foreclosure house because the condition of the house is as is. Wells Fargo needs seller bank to repair it before lending me money. Seller bank is kind decline repairing, so I just paid off. During this procedure, Susan helped me with all paperwork with quickest action, as well as helped inspection, septic, and even introduced a contractor after the deal was done.
