Our experience with Tina was positive from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate and patient in explaining the process . Tina was very responsive to our calls and texts and went out of her way to make showing appointments for homes we wanted to see as quickly as possible. At no time did she pressure us to make a decision and was perfectly content to allow us the time we needed to find something we loved. We had expressed interest in the home we ended up buying when it was in the process of being purchased by someone else. Tinas alertness caught this home becoming available again and she was able to show us the house and write up our offer on the same day. She was great in negotiating some issues we had with the seller before closing and attended the inspection . She expertly guided us in the walk through and was there for closing. We felt totally supported throughout the buying experience and are so grateful to Tina for making it as stress free as possible. We have no hesitation referring Tina to anyone seeking to buy a home!
