ZillowVERIFIED I am a North Carolina resident. My mom passed away in May, and when we were ready to sell, Tina was ready to work. The house wasn't completely ready for show, so Tina called in the professionals and got everything cleaned out, the house cleaned up and the pictures taken. We had 2 offers in a week and were under contract after we excepted the first one. The new owners then asked could we close early and again Tina made it happen. we could not be more pleased with the work she did for our grieving family. Thank you Tina!!

Tina was very responsive to our calls and texts and went out of her way to make showing appointments for homes we wanted to see as quickly as possible. At no time did she pressure us to make a decision and was perfectly content to allow us the time we needed to find something we loved. We had expressed interest in the home we ended up buying when it was in the process of being purchased by someone else. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge about the area we were interested in. We were negotiating for a house that was in attorney review so we followed her suggestions and GOT the house! On the way to meeting us at settlement, she remembered that there was no toilet tissue in the bathrooms of the home so she...stopped and bought some for us! Tina was all that and more!My first call to Tina was on the afternoon before I had to leave the state on a long business trip. I assumed that with such short notice we would have to schedule a meeting sometime after my return. But Tina rearranged her schedule and met me at my home within a few hours of the call. She listened attentively as I explained my needs, desires and concerns about selling the home I had owned for 25 years. Tinas experience and knowledge about the current market were readily apparent. Her enthusiasm, motivation, communication skills and personality made me feel confident that she was the right agent for me.Tina hit the ground running. In a very short time she provided comps, explained simple ways to improve the appeal of my home to potential buyers and helped me establish a listing price that balanced my desires for a high value and a relatively quick sale. She arranged for professional photographs and the MLS listing that was live faster than I could have imagined.
