It was truly a pleasure working with Ron. We must have made him crazy with all the different communitys we looked at , but he was very patient with us. Once we found the right home he really was impressive with how he handled everything. Between negotiating and inspection issues and helping us with some problems with the mortgage he was on top of everything. There were plenty of times when we thought maybe this is a sign that we shouldn't buy but Ron always guided us and went above and beyond. We are very happy with our new place and have to thank Ron for getting us here !

Ron sold my house in less than 2 weeks. Let me give you the background. We were on the market with one agent for 6 months and then another for 6 months. We asked our friennds for recommendations. The first one said we were overpriced by $25,000. Ron said our price wasn't the problem, it had to be marketed better. He came through on all his promises and in 12 days we got an offer that was very close to the list price ! We thank God that we chose Ron instead of the other agent, if we knew him a year earlier we would have saved a lot of time and money. Ron did a fabulous job marketing our home and got us the most money for the house. All the behind the scenes work was done very professionally too. If your house didn't sell you should call Ron to SELL IT !!
