ZillowVERIFIED Ron Schaffery is a great real estate agent. A family member said Ron would sell my house quickly and they were right. As a senior, I had been in my condo for many years. I know the real estate market has changed and I wanted a smart realtor who was good with computers. Ron did an excellent job selling my condo and keeping me up to date on everything involved. I got the full list price and was everywhere on the internet. Any time there was a conflict Ron handled it professionally and looked out for my best interests. A good family man and a smart realtor, you should call him for your real estate needs. Thank you for reading this review.

ZillowVERIFIED Ron sold my house in less than 2 weeks. Let me give you the background. We were on the market with one agent for 6 months and then another for 6 months. We asked our friennds for recommendations. The first one said we were overpriced by $25,000. Ron said our price wasn't the problem, it had to be marketed better. He came through on all his promises and in 12 days we got an offer that was very close to the list price ! We thank God that we chose Ron instead of the other agent, if we knew him a year earlier we would have saved a lot of time and money. Ron did a fabulous job marketing our home and got us the most money for the house. All the behind the scenes work was done very professionally too. If your house didn't sell you should call Ron to SELL IT !!

ZillowVERIFIED It was truly a pleasure working with Ron. We must have made him crazy with all the different communitys we looked at , but he was very patient with us. Once we found the right home he really was impressive with how he handled everything. Between negotiating and inspection issues and helping us with some problems with the mortgage he was on top of everything. There were plenty of times when we thought maybe this is a sign that we shouldn't buy but Ron always guided us and went above and beyond. We are very happy with our new place and have to thank Ron for getting us here !

He is very intelligent and knows the real estate market inside and out. I am so happy that I chose him to sell my home. We got a bunch of buyers right away and he negotiated a great price for me and my family. I am moving out of state and I wish he could sell me my next home, but he speant a lot of time on the phones to help me find a local agent down south. I truly feel grateful that Ron was my agent.

Being out of state, it was important that I had a real estate broker that could handle everything and keep tabs on all the moving parts. Ron is a great thinker and he constantly communicated what was going on with the deal. Over the years i have worked with a couple of real estate brokers and most have been very good, but Ron Shaffrey was heads and shoulders above the rest. ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough for how Ron worked with us to get our home sold. We had A LOT of challenges and every time there was an obstacle, Ron found away around it. A close friend raced about Rons expertise and they were 110% right. We tried to sell our home on our own at first , Ron didn't try to be negative like most realtors, he helped us and then listed when we were ready to go that way. We ended up selling for more money than we thought, Ron was worth every penny !

We went to a few open houses but the agents in our price range ($750,000 +) seemed very content and smug. A friend of ours recommended Ron and we knew right away that he was the agent for us. Ron worked very hard on finding homes making arrangements, (our schedules are crazy) and negotiating the right price for us . We came up with some bulkhead issues, Ron knew who to call and coordiated the process flawlessley. When we decide to move to Florida fulltime, Ron will be the agent to sell our home.

Ron kepy all the promises he made for advertising and I really believe the video tour did a great job of getting my house "out there" for the buyers to see. Ron's comission was reasonalbe and I doubt anyone can do a better job of internet advertising. If you are looking to sell for a greta price and a low comission you should call Ron up.

ZillowVERIFIED Ron found me the perfect home for my retirement years. I thought the price might have been more than I could afford but Ron negotiated it down to a price I was comfortable with . I have worked with other agents in the past, but none were as knowledgeable or as good of a negotiator. I know Ron is very busy, his phone was ALWAYS ringing, yet he was very patient with me and never made me feel like I wasn't the most important client he had. If you are looking for a nice family man who knows what he is doing and is an expert in negotiating than Ron is the right realtor for you!
