CRG Homes

Christine is a top notch realtor. She helped us navigate through the sale of our condo in the middle of a large multi million dollar project including multiple assessments and unknown schedules. Her full transparency with peers helped potential buyers understand what they were getting into, and how our price was supported by fair market values. On the flip side she helped us navigate the complexity of a 1031 exchange and helped us identify the best replacement property available in a timely manner. You cant go wrong with Christine as your realtor.

Christine did a great job helping us find the right home to fit our family. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for the right fit. She took the time to show us our home multiple times before we said it was the one for us! Christine had all the answers to any questions we had and was quick with communicating with us. We cant thank her enough for the time and care she put into helping us! Thank you Christine!

Charles (Chuck) Everham was our realtor when we purchased our home in Longs, SC, earlier this month. I have only great things to say about him!! We moved from Annapolis, MD, and had a contingency contract on our purchase. We did a LOT of research and found our builder, Beverly Homes, to be at the top of the list. We were delighted to find that Chick works closely with them which made the process run so smoothly! He was extremely patient, as I texted him questions nearly every day, sometimes several times a day! Even when he was busy, he would shoot me a quick text to say he would get right back to me, which he always did! Our settlement was complicated and our Maryland buyer had to reschedule closing at the last minute. Chuck effortlessly rescheduled everything, at the drop of a hat! He also facilitated communication with the builder which was extremely helpful! We highly recommend Chuck. He's an amazing agent who really seems to enjoy what he does! I think that has a lot to do with how great he is at his job!

Christine was amazing! God blessed us when he put her in our lives. We looked for several years before we found the perfect condo. She never made us feel rushed. Perfect experience! We will certainly use her again and highly recommend her!!!
