ZillowVERIFIED From the moment we met Christine, she was friendly, personable, and easy to like! She met us at the condo we wanted to see, she was early and had the condo open and ready to be seen. There was no hurry, she answered our questions, and seemed very knowledgeable. After our second viewing, she drew up the paperwork with our offer and kept us informed along the way. I dont think we would buy as quickly as we did, but our faith in Christine put us at ease. We closed fairly quickly after Christine helped us get a few items taken care of at the unit and we were able to choose our closing date. Christine even met us at the closing attorneys office and made sure we dont have any questions before leaving that day. She advised on some things we would have never thought of in moving from another state to South Carolina. (i.e. How to go about avoiding higher taxes on the condo by getting residency in SC as soon as possible.) We would highly recommend Christine if youre looking for someone to trust! We would definitely use her again, if the need arose. She quickly replied with any questions we had during the buying process!
