We were very comfortable working with Tim from start to finish. Tims knowledge of the greater Grand Forks area was a plus. We were able to sell quickly. Tim kept us informed from Start to finish. Moving can be a Stressful event in anyones life, but Tim walked us through every step of the process.

Tim is amazing we meet him over 10 years ago looking for a house. We didn't sign with him because the owner we were going through didn't want to deal with any realtors. Tim made such an impression on us when we decided to sell our home, we knew we were going to use Tim, no doubt. He sold our house and we bought a house through him. He is honest, sincere and will get you exactly what you are looking for. He is amazing!

Tim was an amazing real estate agent and person to work with. Last year was my first home purchase by myself and he made the process simple and smooth. He was knowledgeable and always very responsive and patient to the many questions I had. I felt like even though I had a mid-range budget that he treated me like a million dollar client. Tim was always realistic with me, but tried to make sure he was listening to my wants and needs every step of the way. He made what could have been a daunting, scary experience very easy and fun. I would recommend anyone I know to work with Tim on purchasing property.

Our experience with Tim could not have been better. Moving to a new place can be stressful and Tim was so knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile (super quick response time, willing to drive to rural locations, etc). We felt comfortable during the whole process. He was also honest and direct with us when we needed him to be, which is something we really appreciated in a realtor. Tim could not be a nicer guy, too--he continues to check in on us to this day!

Tim is amazing. I worked with him for 2-3 years on and off looking for a home. We had down times of 6-8 months where I wasnt looking. I would reach out and hed immediately respond. He explained every step of every process, hed come out to meet me and view a house at almost a moments notice. I couldnt imagine getting my home without him. 10/10 recommend.
