Our family visited Grand Forks for the first time in July 2021. Tim was the first person we met when we arrived. He spent the next couple of days with us, showing us homes, meeting builders, and walking us through the buying process and home ownership in North Dakota. He was friendly, professional, and patient with us the whole time. We made a decision on a house a few weeks later. We had to wait for our home to be ready for a couple of months. Once it was ready, Tim showed up for the home inspection and represented us there. He came with us to closing and had good advice to give along the way.
